Having moved to England in recent years and studied under Tim Hawes (Spice Girls, Five, Sugababes) and Mark Taylor (Simple Minds, Elton John), Soraya continues to develop her career. If through appearing on songs such as ‘Illusion’ by DUKE or worked as Backing Vocalist in the band MARDHYS, she doesn’t shy back from challenges. Having both life and studio experience, she brings a versatile skill set to the table and never fails to deliver no matter what venue or circumstances.
Born and raised in Switzerland, Soraya started taking singing and piano lessons at the age of 8, the beginning of shaping her creative path. Moving from classical/opera music into contemporary, she started performing at Weddings, Birthdays and other events across Italian and German cantons. She later moved to Mallorca gigging the restaurant, bar and beauty pageant circuits such as Miss Tourism Baleares and Miss Tourism Spain.
